It was a long weekend full of delicious food and lots of walking. My weight stayed the same, despite having that "time of the month" as well. TMI? Probably... but it's a fact of life! And I'm crampy. :'(

I'm getting to a point where I don't think talking about a period is TMI. It affects our ability to lose weight,makes us tired and lethargic, and the discomfort is dicsouraging. Plus the cravings you sometimes get with it are difficult to beat. Hang in there. You might see a drop after your period's over.
