No change. I wasn't able to get any exercises in this week as busy making clothes for myself! woohoo and they fit nicely. My underwear and stretchy pants falling off, so off to the shops to buy smaller sizes. Oh what reward to enjoy shopping for myself again without being hit with depression or self hatred, I'm sure many of you out there know exactly what I mean. Be encouraged, don't give up, press on to your goal.

Kenji the cat, oh so true!! Last week while shopping for smaller tops, I called out to my hubby from the fitting room, " it doesn't fit its too big, do they have the next size down?"
He roared with laughter, "I've never had you ask me that before!"
