Going through a very hard time in my personal life. I just had my heart broken by a lying jerk and work has been ridiculous. Anyway, I've been able to stick with my diet though I know I'm not eating enough or drinking enough water. I'm glad I have made myself a priority before all of this happened or I might be drowning my sorrows in ice cream, cakes, cookies and whatever other carbs to bring me comfort. I am motivated to get in shape for myself and work on my happiness. I will get through this.
