Thought I would have lost more than I have. Have been very vigilant. Again on the nuts and raisins but otherwise lots of meats and salads mainly. Have been going without desserts. Relatively happy with the way my pants are feeling but would like to get to 170 by xmas. Am going to do some bike riding and other exercise where I build up a sweat in addition to walking.
