Well finally completed my h&S diploma course after a year .. stresses over .. now it’s time to sort my diet and gym sessions out and make a difference.. sick of feeling like I’m a fat hamster going around a wheel every day … time to get back on it …. Need to sort my broken metabolism out first … ( cals per day around 1500 , Posti walking 10 miles a day and 5 gym sessions a week - but not losing any weight 🤔) any help will be much appreciated ..gx
