ok, it is nice the "IT" box shows downward trend. I did eat late last night but again stayed within my 'woe' foods. I also resisted temptation at my volunteer job and drive home, which in past caused issues with me stopping for fast food, picking up 'no-nos' in the grocery store. So I am happy that I stayed strong that way. I am just a bit 'sluggish' and 'down' feeling. I have more temptations coming my way today & tomorrow. I just need to keep on keeping on and build on my good days going forward.
