I had emergency surgery yesterday evening with my stomach 😩 I had blood alot of that came out. The doctor put me on clear liquids now. Oh mercy

205 kg Tähän mennessä pudotettu: 10 kg. Vielä jäljellä: 55 kg. Dieetin noudattaminen: Kohtuullisen hyvin.

Painonpudotus 8,9 kg viikossa
