Went for my 1 hour run yesterday evening. I ended up doing 5.22 miles in 1 hour and 1 minute. Yay me! My pace wasn't great, 11:49/mile, but I was going slow to make sure I could run all the way back. I guess I was a little too conservative.
Today the plans are to go to the cornbread festival. That will be my cheat meal for the week. If we go to get pizza I'll be good and limit my slices. Everything in moderation.
