Continued progress! I am very excited about tonight since it is aqua zumba! This is the most fun I have ever had working out - probably helps that several of my friends go with me. Tomorrow is Saturday and that means a trip to the bagel shop BUT I have promised myself that I will walk there not drive (about a mile each way).

It is really is. I found this on a Facebook group I'm a part of and LOVE it! The first time I went I didn't know anyone but the whole group that does it is so much fun and it was people like me. Not a single person that was super skinny - all of us are striving for a healthier lifestyle and aqua zumba is a great way to get there. You don't feel it while in the pool but when you get out and the next day, you know you were working it!
