Thanks so much, Jim, for the support. I tried to reply your private message but don't understand why the message is not going through. But many thanks for checking up on me. Much appreciated. This fat loss journey can be a very lonely battle if there aren't any support. That is why I value FSters... thanks all. 

I hope you get back to 100% soon. When you are sending private messages here you can't read them after sending them or that person will not get notified that he/she got a message also if you delete them at any time they will be deleted from their inbox as well. So no reading, no deleting. When the message changes color into lighter yellow in your outbox the receiver read it.

Keep going Princess. I know you will get there. It is a long and hard journey but the rewards at the end are so well worth the sacrifices. Health and wellbeing is everything so don't give up. We are all with you. Kindest regards, Jim
