Day 106. My exercise has been lacking. I have not strayed from eating healthy and eating less. I have officially lost more than 40 pounds. I am also starting to think my 185 goal weight may be unrealistic. I will reevaluate once I lose an additional 45 pounds. Eye on the prize everyone! Have a great week!
