Wow....I'm so excited that I am slowly but consistently moving down in weight! Some days I want to give up and return to my old ways, but overall this eating plan has been satisfying. The one-two punch of my current system is making the best choice for the carbs that I do eat, and then walking every day (a little walk/run added in too).
