Well, I lost a very little but at least it was something. I am eating more food since I am working out at least 3 hours a week and they said it might take a few weeks to start working. I plan on really trying to be 100 percent and see if this works out. I still do not know about my center, the girl I was going to ask today is on vacation, so I will ask her next week.
