The last month has been the hardest to lose weight I can remember. Varies fron 7 to 4 lbs away from my goal of 195. Rain & pain have kept me from walking as much as I'd like. But I will not give up. I'm too close to my goal. Plus it's a lifestyle, not a diet. Best luck to all here at Fatsecret.
