after a long time of being off the wagon i have stayed within 5 lbs of my weight when i stopped counting calories. i think i did ok with managing my weight to be steady. but during this time i realy was just frustrated that i couldnt lose weight. i'm ready to get back in the practice of monitoring and even go farther by exercising regularly. heres to a new beginning!
