Wow! I am very happy. 8 lbs in my first week. I hope I do just as well this week. Alot of it may just be water so I am trying not to be too excited. I know every week won't be this good. I am a little concerned because I hurt my foot over the weekend and I am afraid I will have difficulty with my Zumba class but I am going anyway and just do what I can. The instructor keeps saying that if you can't keep up or get lost with the moves to just keep moving. So that is what I am going to try to do.

Healthy attitude. The first couple of weeks is always great, within a month you should be settling down to .5 to 2#s a week.
