Not too bad. I gained about 3 lbs over the weekend but there are a lot of factors that I think effected that. First I definitely did not drink enough water over the weekend. I have been doing really well but just didn't get it done over the weekend. Also started the flax meal muffin yesterday. With not drinking as much water as I usually do all that fiber is still sitting there. And with it being Super Bowl I had a couple beers. But I think I did good on what I ate. Stayed away from carbs. Mostly meats, cheeses, and veggies. So I had several strikes against me this weekend but I still feel good about what I have accomplished. I also had several days last week that I was too high on my daily carbs so any weight loss is amazing. Already got my first 64 oz. of water down today and starting on my second one. I have had several people tell me in the last few days that they could tell that I have lost weight which is a great motivator. If other people tell me they notice then something has to be working. And some of them didn't even know I was trying so that was even better.
