Getting close to my goal which is actually the half way point for my total goal. I feel like I'm doing well with my WOE. Still doing yoga 5 times a week strength training 3 times a week and am on day 14 of my Ab Challenge. Hubby and I are doing good, dad not so much.
Next week I'm going to try something different with my yoga. I watch a series of videos on you tube and would do a different video each day. Next week I'm going to start doing the same video for a week before moving on. It's a good beginner series if anyone is interested in starting, and honestly I would welcome being able to converse with someone about it.

Thank you Arabella. Yes veggie, the one I use is 30 days of yoga with Adrian. they are usually around 30 min long. She actually has three series. the beginner is 30 days of yoga, moderate is yoga camp and advanced is revelation. On Monday I will start with "day 1 30 days of yoga with Adrian" and hope to see growth between Monday and Friday. Like I said, it would be great to have discussions with others doing the same thing.
