Glen, I'm looking it at it as a carb up day/s lol & hopefully I can break my stall. I have been gaining and losing the same couple pounds over & over all month.
I noticed when I came back from a week vacation in June it kicked started my weight loss again. I was still mindful but a lot more relaxed 😎
