Ok, today is day 3 of the 3 day liquid portion of Almased. I might carry it over a few more days, depends on if my son & his gf come home. But even if they do, they always make super healthy vegie meals. They made me a great vegie broth for these 3 days which is fantastic so I would be ok having them make that and then eating the solids also :-) Mainly I'm tring to get myself in the habit of NOT eating at night or after 6pm, if I do it will be broth or vegie juice or Almased recommends one of their shakes a couple hours before sleep is also ok. SO lets get this new habit ingrained in ME!
