I'm in the first few weeks of treatment for a relapse of follicular lymphoma, found a couple of months ago.
Unusually, I don't normally lose weight with cancer treatment, I eat voraciously as that's how I deal with anxiety and stress. And of course physical activity becomes a challenge as the treatment leaves you physically exhausted,
I'm trying to keep check on my eating this time, particularly as my diabetes bloods are looking like crap at the moment, through stress and anxiety which hits them hard; the steroids in the chemo which send levels crazy and the lack of exercise which also raises them.
It's going to be unusually politically correct Christmas eating for me this year!
