If you are doing "induction" then no. Some people find that bread (even the low-carb kind) stalls them. If you lose weight anyway and you are getting enough veggies in, a piece of low carb bread or tortilla isn't going to hurt you. Good luck! In response to mrsjohnson0317, they haven't changed induction, it is still NO BREAD! :) You can introduce it in OWL Phase, though. Induction is only two weeks.
