Daily. Except over the Christmas- New Year break, I took a holiday. Studies show that people who weigh daily stick to their eating plan and get better and enduring results compared to those who weigh in less frequently. I think because it keeps you focused on your goals.

You can weigh yourself daily but you should use your weekly change as the guide to your progress. Choose maybe Thursday as you might cheat on the weekend but it gives you time to get focussed again. There are too many variables that can affect your body weight that one specific snapshot is not a good indicator(ie. how much sodium you've ingested). I have a body composition scale which works best if done at the same time each day so, good or bad I record that measurement. The graph shows peaks and troughs but the general downward trajectory is what most are seeking during a fat-loss phase.
