I'm sorry that I have been MIA. Diet is fine, exercise needs some work still.
I'm going to have an operation tomorrow that should fix the anaemia once and for all, I will get back to logging everything in about a week or so.
Stay strong everyone and I am looking forward to seeing some good losses when I get back.
