I was just as tired yesterday as the day before. My net carbs are still about half what I should be getting, and increased my calories by quite a bit just by having a steak! I'm not "feeling" healthier at all yet, having more gastro proglems and tired and weak, but I'm still sticking to it hoping it will clear up after this week is finished. So today is Day 4. Its early yet but I'm feeling well so far. I brought a bit more food with me to work today so hope that helps some too. I may work from home tomorrow, but that will take being strong because I still have some carbs hanging around the house! Cats ate some of it, got into my bread and ate a bunch of it, before we started, but there is some in other places. I do look forward to when I feel well enough to start adding in some exercising. I keep telling myself, just be strong, one step at a time! I look at the end of each day as another day under my belt in my improvement. And of course remembering that All things are possible with God.

Day two was amost awful. I forgot my shake in the morning so had a breakfast bar instead. Seems like the shake had filled me up longer cause i was hungry sooner with the bar. In the afternoon I was so tired i was falling asleep at my desk. I'd be reading something on the computer and just nod off. I drank a zipfizz which has less than 1 carb and that seemed to at least keep me awake. By the end of the day I didn't have much energy and do not today either. Hubby says that can happen the first week or so of induction as the body is getting used to not having all the carbs. I'm doing well at not craving snacks and such, but don't know what I'll do at the movie night this week. What can I munch on other than popcorn? I always eat most of a large tub. And don't say Pork Rinds cause I think those things are one of the most disgusting smelling things on earth.
Anyway, was up to just over 16 carbs yesterday, and negative in calories again after my sedentary excersize. (Still can't get over that I use more calories than I take in just by basically doing nothing!) My ratios are pretty good, and didn't eat a late night snack last night cause I didn't want to take the time to add something new to my food diary! lol. I love the Android Phone App cause I can enter foods when I'm not at a computer and the two will sync up. Perfect!

Yesterday was first day of Atkins. Was very low on net calories and didn't reach 20 net carbs, was at just under 11. But I wasn't hungry all day. I felt pretty good. One day down.
