I'll be starting the 20:04 IF eating only in the window period of 12:00 to 16:00, because my problem is, when ever i start eating, i cannot stop my self. If i start eating at 10:00 am from that time I'll craving for something to munch on the whole day.
But find that I am not hungry.

This thing of entering current weight and reflecting is quite awsome, ppl they very funny. U read their reflections you laugh forget your worries.

This weight struggle is in a way associated with your inner self(psychological self). When I was young (17) used to be so worried that my arms are too tiny,my skin discolored, my face with lot of imperfection. I thought I looked ugly than.
Fast forward to now, love handles, huge arms, stretch marks. Now i wish i could go back to that time, the question is which time because even then you were never happy with your self.
This is the main reason why i gain weight, hate my self, I loose weight i feel it is too much. I am never really happy with what ever state I am. I am so shameful that I have to put my creator in such a state, i'm sure he does not even know what to give me any more. I hate how i feel, but really do not know how to change it.
THIS IS MY EVERYDAY STRUGGLE!!! HOOOOO HELP ME GOD I AM SO TIRED.

10 day result, haven't been on diet for the past 10 days, guess I decided to relax a bit. I was loosing too much weight in a short period.
This week I am starting again but this time want to experiment with only 0,5 grams a week, to loose 2 kg in a month.
Overall at least now I know the trick to what to do if I gain the weight back in the future.
