1. T.G.I.F!!!
2. I had about a pound come back today. :-(
3. Too many carbs late in the day I believe.
4. Caloric intake was pretty good yesterday but, protein and carbs seemed a bit heavy. I am going for 1,500 calories per day now.
5. Got some great exercise in yesterday running stairs and upper body work. Also, got some work around the house in.
6. Blood Sugar was 116 mg/dL. This just doesn't want to go down. I think I will add organic apple cigar vinegar to my diet and daily routine. Let's see if it helps???
7. Blood pressure was 129/98 @ 86 bpm. Still too high here as well.
8. When you are going through Hell, Don't stop!

1. Just let myself sleep in today until I felt well rested and ready to get up. Seems to have helped.
2. My weight had a significant drop today for the first time in a while. Down over 2 pounds.
3. Ketosis reading was up @ 50 today. Nice!
4. Blood sugar @ 115 mg/dL.
5. Blood Pressure is still scary high today at 148/98 @ 89 bpm.
6. More exercise is needed and I plan to start in earnest today toward that goal.
7. Calorie intake was still too high yesterday. I feel I can do much better going forward. Just need to plan my meals out a little better.
8. Today is a new day. Greet it with a smile!

1. And a new day dawns...
2. My weight seems to be stuck right around 369 pounds. :-( I have been stuck here for too long now. I have got to find the right adjustments to make. I am going to reduce my calorie intake and try my best to increase my exercise level.
3. I have been doing pretty well at reducing my extra salt intake and will continue to watch this.
4. Blood sugar was 112 mg/dL today.
5. Blood Pressure was 138/99 @ 74 bpm. This worries me...too high. :-(
6. Fell out of ketosis this morning for some unknown reason. My reading was only a 39 on the Ketonix analyzer this morning. I did 3 different test, and each one came up short. :-(
7. Stress has been running at an all time high at the house. Got a lot going on with my family right now.
8. Got a lot on my plate today...gonna make the best of it.

1. Yuk! today's numbers look cruddy. I have to make some adjustments down on caloric intake and stop snaking after 8pm.
2. I got in a good walk last night.
3. Still no sleep worth talking about...I was still wide awake at 5am this morning. Just laying in the bed wide awake with my mind going 100mph.
4. Blood sugar was 125 mg/dL this morning. I believe that is the highest reading I have had. :-(
5. Blood Pressure was 137/91 @ 84 bpm. About where it has been.
6. Ketosis reading was a 45 this morning on the ketone analyzer.
7. My weight is went up a little today.
8. Feeling pretty bummed about life in general. But, I will use this to push me forward. I have to get better. I will not let life beat me. I will make a difference today!

1. My tech went down on Sunday. But, got it all working now.
2. Had a great crawfish boil with friends and family on Saturday.
3. weight stayed more or less the same. :-( At least I am not gaining anymore.
4. Blood sugar was 107 mg/dL
5. Blood pressure was 123/90 @ 91 bpm.
6. Ketosis @ 46 today.
7. I got a pretty good work out prepping and setting everything up for the boil on Saturday. Also breakdown and clean up was fun. Took Sunday off for the most part.
8. Trying to stay positive each day.
9. Sleep schedule is still a real issue. :-(
