1. Thor's Day is upon us!
2. I hope everyone is well today?
3. For me, My weight appears to be back on the move down for the last two days. The scale said 362.4 pounds today.
4. My fasted Blood sugar was 120 mg/dL this morning.
5. My Blood Pressure was 143/89 @ 92 bpm today.
6. My Ketosis level was only a 29 today, but it was a 43 yesterday??? I didn't eat anything out of the ordinary yesterday, nor did I over eat. I am more than a little confused as to why my keto level keeps fluctuating so much. Furthermore, I have not taken any Benefiber for the last 2 days. My plan is to continue as is through the weekend and then adjust based off results at that time.
7. Regular exercise is still a missing piece in my daily routine. I am getting some but not enough on a regular basis. I must do better on this point.
8. My mental state is a key factor in all of this, especially the lack of exercise. I find it very hard to motivate myself and always seem to find distractions and excuses for not exercising. All I can do here is keep moving forward. It will get better.
9. Physically, I still have a long way to go. The daily headaches have all but disappeared at this point. The stomach problems appear to be better for now. Physical strength and stamina are still far below what I am used too. I just have to keep pushing myself.
10. "When you are going through Hell, don't stop! Step on the gas and get passed it!" Everyday is a battle, will you get to fighting or get to dying? This is the choice we face everyday the Lord sees fit to wake us up and so us the sun one more time.
11. Two of my favorite dishes to cook back in the day, I miss gumbo and shrimp n grits... lol!

1. Tuesday boo's day...
2. weight seems to be stuck at 363. :-(
3. Blood Sugar was 115 mg/dL.
4. Blood Pressure was 139/92 @ 85 bpm.
5. Ketosis was a 36 today. :-(
6. I have cut the Benefiber supplement down to just one dose a day in the morning, instead of the three doses throughout the day. I hope to see some positive results as early as Thursday.
7. Does anyone out there have any suggestions on a better fiber supplement, or a supplement that is not made from wheat or grain???
8. Missing my friends today...

1. Another Monday is upon us...
2. My weight is holding at 363.0 for now.
3. Blood Sugar at 120 mg/dL.
4. Blood Pressure was 146/93 @ 84 bpm.
5. Ketosis is out again with a reading of only 39 this morning.
6. I am worried that the Benefiber supplements are throwing me out of ketosis and possibly keeping my sugar and blood pressure higher than they would be without it. I am going to pause the use of the Benefiber for a few days and see what happens. Has anyone else had issues with Benefiber as a supplement?
7. Mentally, I am still struggling every day. :-(

1. Sunday Fun Day! Here we go!
2. Weight has been on the rinse the last two days. Up a little over a pound. Going to have to cut calories hard for a couple days and get back on track.
3. Blood Sugar was a little higher than I like to see it this morning at 117 mg/dL.
4. Blood Pressure was down a touch but still higher than it needs to be at 141/89 @ 79 bpm. This needs more exercise...plain and simple.
5. I am back in Ketosis as of two days ago and gaining ground. My reading this morning was a 45 on the breath ketone analyzer.
6. Still taking the Benefiter along with the raw apple cider vinegar and my daily vitamins. All is working.
7. Still not where I need to be mentally or physically but, I am feeling a little better with each passing day.
8. Live Strong my friends!
9. Dropped in a picture of some grilled chicken, asiago and spinach sausage with mustard cream sauce. Served with steam cauliflower and red cabbage.
