Been a busy time moving back to the Frozen North. Yikes…talk about a difference. First cycle here in Canada….45 KM in 35 degrees as opposed to 85. But I will say this the Drivers up here are soooooo much more respectful of cyclists. But was still YIKES COLD!!
Maintained the CRON discipline through the long travel….. Watching all that Airport Fast food go by…Not interested in the least in that garbage LOL.
Well weight coming off… Close to ideal BMI. Steady goes the ship!!

I agree! Since I changed my food to no grain, no dairy, now doing low carbs and high healthy fats - no cravings or desire to eat crap at all!
