Ate very well…more quantity just to allow for Calorie Burn of 85 minute fast hard cycle. All good food!
Went to a Restaurant we used to own. Great Greek place and the new owner doing well. Food was great but we ate only the GOOD STUFF….
Then in the evening watched my beloved Habs beat up the Lightening…. Game 7 just around the corner.
Yikes…dropped $2k in all new clothes and Sales Lady called me a SLIM GUY…I said what?? Who ME???? Was 172.6 this morning. Lightest in 30 some years!
Onwards and upwards!!
