donated Blood yesterday....# 100 Whoooooo Haaaaaaa
BUT worst day eating in 6 months. Yikes. Those Cookies and treats at the Blood Donor Clinic.
Ok....Weight is still good...Need to recommit to Fasting and the process.

I so miss the days of being able to donate blood. I used to donate every time I had the opportunity; but seven consecutive years in the United Kingdom put that to an end, so says the American Red Cross.

Woo Hoo and it was only a couple of cookies the donating blood is a good, like Loadgod, I cant donate either, Turkey, Iraq, Europe, UK
