I had another great week! I enjoyed my 4 epic 12k walks across 4 London parks: Golders Hill, Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill and Regents Park. All ending with quiet meditation at the top of the waterfall in Regents park. I'm enjoying my healthy lifestyle - Body, Mind & Soul. I'm kicking off the day with this delicious vanilla yogurt, blueberries with a sprinkle of flaxseeds and then off for another walk. Great weather today so I might add Hyde Park to the mix! Here's to another fabulous week!

Doing Intermittent Fasting so on a water/liquid fast today. I took full advantage of the beautiful weather and walked just over 10k in my favourite London parks - Golders Hill, Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill and Regents Park. On my return I tried out my new Juicer and made myself 4 glasses of fresh Cucumber, Carrot, Apple, Kale, Celery and Ginger juice. DELICIOUS!

I've decided to trust the process this year! Starting to resolve my 10 year eating disorder through therapy. Still a work in progress. Taking it one day at a time. I'm kicking off this week with a brisk 10k walk. Doing Golders Hill, Hampstead Heath then Regent's Park! I'm taking full advantage as the weather forecast in London is for a beautiful sunny day! Ever present, in the NOW, be KIND to yourself. Dee:) xx

I had a very successful day 3 of getting my health back on track. Kicked off the day with Yoga/Meditation, Core workout and finished off with a 10k walk along the canal ending in Regents Park. I'm doing IF - OMAD and enjoyed this satiating Seabass with a medley of seafood, pak choi and mushrooms. DELICIOUS! Can't believe 260 calories can be so filling! Drank about 10 glasses of water through out the day. I think I've finally gotten over my sugar cravings. Every time I felt like snacking on crap and drank water which did the trick!

Recovering from covid and had a binge in the last week once I got back my appetite! Now time to moderate my eating which means getting rid of all processed dead food. I am now going to religiously record what I eat which should keep me on track. I've decided to document/vlog about my weight loss journey which will help hold me accountable. I'll be doing INTEMMITTENT FASTING combined with daily exercise regimen: Walking, running, HITT. My goal is to lose 50lb. This is my'6 Month Belly Be Gone Challenge'! I'm excited and look forward to the scales moving downwards through to June 2024! :)
